On Oct. 31st, Mt. Washington Police Department Chief Troy Pitcock and Bardstown Police Department Chief Kim Kraeszig were joined by Jeffersonville (IN) Police Department Chief Kenny Kavanaugh for a panel of police leaders discussing organizational change and change management. The panel discussion was held at the Southern Police Institute in Louisville for members of the 142nd Administrative Officers Course.
