Southern Police Institute Graduates 45 from Administrative Officers Course
Graduation of the 141st Administrative Officers Course (AOC)
45 members of the Southern Police Institute’s 141st AOC graduated on May 9, 2019 at the campus of the University of Louisville. The class represented 37 agencies from 16 states and proudly received their diplomas after 12 weeks of study, research, presentations, and papers.
Awards given to the 141st Administrative Officers Class were the Dr. William Walsh Director’s Award for the highest GPA in the undergraduate and graduate tracks to undergraduate, Lt. Aaron G. Frenzel with the Alaska Wildlife Troopers and graduate, Master Sgt. Christopher Kirk with the New Smyrna Beach Police Department, Florida.
The B. Edward Campbell Award for Outstanding Service recipient was selected by the class officers for service to the class throughout the semester and was presented to Sgt. Ricky E. Johnson, Jr., Richland County Sheriff’s Office, South Carolina.
