Job Description: The applicant, if hired, will serve as a Deputy Sheriff starting in the Patrol Division. This will include full law enforcement duties as well as civil process service, prisoner transports, vehicle inspections and other such duties. Special assignment opportunities available upon completion of a probationary period.

Shift Information: Jessamine County Sheriff's Office works 12 hour shift with a 3 day weekend every other week.

Starting Salary: Lateral pay for years of service starting at $53,350 up to $60,750.
